The person we worked with initially was weak. He told me he would search different banks to get me the best rate, then came back and gave me a crappy rate. I asked where the crappy rate was coming from and he said Toyota. I got upset and I reminded him what he said. He called his manager over who gave me a list of reasons why that was the best rate.
