Food wasn't good and it was cold but the server was great.
It's a shame, I was looking forward to our lunch. I ate at Po boys frequently in the early 80's when I lived on Atlanta. My friend chicken was very dry and stringy. KFC would have been a better choice. The peach muffin, also dry. My husband had Brunswick stew which was ok(that's why 2 stars, would have been one.).
The food was awful, not only did they give up a quite literal baby serving of okra but I didn't even get the bread with my soup. The soup was bland the only saving grace of how slow the cook time was and how awful the food tasted was we had a decent waiter

Great menu! Great food - you get a lot for your money too! Lena was a wonderful server! My only complaint was that the floors and the table were a bit sticky. Otherwise it was a great experience!
Took my parents to dinner there tonight for their 54th anniversary. Their food was awesome!!!! I had fried chicken,fried green tomatoes,cole slaw,sweet potato s,peach muffin!!!! Yummy. Dad had all you can eat catfish nuggets,fried green tomatoes,fried okra,cornbread!! Yum. Mom had chicken livers,fried green tomatoes,cole slaw,!!!YUM David had all you can eat bbq ribs,fried green tomatoes,cole slaw,bisc!! Yummy. If you have never been there you need to go. FRIED GREEN TOMATOES OMG!!!!!
Service was awful!
Great service but the cornbread tasted like it was old and had been refrigerated. The gravy on the dressing was sour. Chicken was pink inside.
