This is the worst location I've ever been to. Sticky floors, waited 30 minutes to be seated, waited over an hour for food. Food was cold and very disappointing. Orders were wrong. No discount offered for such poor service. No manager ever came to check on us. 7 in our group and no one liked their food - it was all cold. We were charged for items we did not order. It was ridiculous. I will never return.
We're there two hours. Our waitress never came back. She let someone else take over our table. Management never came over to check on us. Should have gotten a discount. Will not be back. I was with 7 other people and were all disappointed.

Food Ann’s service is always good.
Just spend 45 minutes there and still didn’t eat dinner. Placed our order at 8:10 and by 8:42 still no food. The manager tells me that the ticket had only been in for 18 minutes, guess the waitress decided she had better things to do than her job. The manager was rude. They only had two tables occupied in the whole restaurant and still couldn’t manage to get any thing done!! I will never return to Folks again!!!
