RecommendedIf you have no patience for waiting...you might not care to go at ‘peak’ times. The last couple of times we have went....maybe it’s just me, but they seem to be short on help. Otherwise the Waitresses do the best of their ability and the food is good.
The young lady who worked the banquet room tonight, I think her name was Ashley, despite all the kitchen errors, she was the BEST waitress. She was calm and sweet and did everything with such a good attitude. She worked really hard to make sure everyone was happy and I wanted to shout out to her for some amazing customer service. We went to Folks yesterday with our family after church. The hostess was sort of put out that we came in, she slapped the menus on the table. Our server Amy was very nice and got our drink order immediately. We waited for an hour for our food to come out of the kitchen, it was cold and nasty, we sent it back and the one they replaced it with was just as nasty!!! We waited for 40 minutes for the food to come out. The food was nasty I didn’t eat all my food. I would never return.

THERE IS ZERO EXCUSE FOR THE WAIT. Literally, there are three customers here. The food is bland. Horrible service. Horrible tasting food. I will not be back.
Whole catfish is my personal favorite.
