Typical dealer stuff that we all wish we could avoid. Sometimes a deal is too good to pass up so we deal with it. Secured my own financing because apparently an 860 credit score isn’t good enough to get a better apr than 6.99% and for some reason they couldn’t provide GAP insurance. Even though I had already picked out my car the previous day and provided my own financing, I still spent 3 hours at the dealership. That being said, Christian Rivera took good care of me and has followed up with texts and phone calls.

After probably my worst customer service experience ever with another local KIA dealership, taking my car to Hendrick KIA yesterday for an oil change definitely provided a great customer service experience and took one step towards restoring my faith in the KIA brand.
