just bought a 2015 Dodge Dart key fob wasn't working same day was pushed to a different sales rep even though had a appointment and did a test drive with previous one rep never staid to finish the deal pawned us on someone else. Have gone to buy here pay here lots and have never had a sales issue or such a simple thing mess up so quick and even though we were assured it be replaced no ones contacted or followed up with us. not the Hendrick quality I thought it be and was told at one point to go see Dick Keffer !!! how do you... read more

Absolutely Worse Service Department that Ive incountered my wife has a recall on our Serento and all they would tell us is they dont want to basically deal with it cause its a camshaft advance issue were its warped and hard of starting, the Svc manager throws the Keys at my wife and daughter given my wife to be upset so they would leave battery was dead as well and watched my wife and daughter try and crank the car never offered help, Never known a Hendrick dealer to treat people this way i worked for his Son for many years ... read more

My Fiance and I went in just to test drive and get an idea on prices for the Kia Optima. Emmanuel came up and introduced himself and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He worked with our budget and when we did not have the car we wanted because the last one sold, we got a hell of deal - the next class up for a lower monthly payment! This was the most pleasant and easy car buying experience Ive ever had! A huge thank you to the guys that worked with us Emmanuel Mccarthan and Fauzi Bahasuan! You guys Rock!
