I found Foiled Rotten on Yelp, I was looking for salons near my house. Though I already had a hairstylist, that I've been going to for 15+ years, it was time for a change. I first went with a haircut, then months later I went all out with color. Carolyn did an amazing job both times and will definitely be going back again and again. Even will take my mom, because she wants to get her hair cut.
