Rich is a great guy And physician. However the Communication between him and Front desk.not so well. Been trying to contact. Since last Friday, still waiting for an answer bag out of medication. Not feeling well and I let the front desk know this. Not good practice. Also had a issue with front desk double charging and (spoke with the young lady she fixed my issue and I was refunded) so maybe that has somthing to do with why I havent recived any call back not sure but not happy.
