I canceled my appointment a week before it, because I had something come up. They didn't cancel it so I had to cancel it the day of because I did not know they didnt follow through. Now theyre trying to charge me 50 dollars because of their mess up. And on top of that they didn't even tell me about the charge. Thats insane and will not be getting paid.
I found Focused Life while searching for treatment for Adult ADHD. I've had bad experiences with other care providers in the past and was apprehensive at first, but the staff here made everything easier than I expected. Nicholas has been great and we were able to find treatment that works for me; his genuine care and commitment made the difference for me. I would encourage anyone else seeking a positive experience to start here!
Caitlin is amazing. She asks questions and then actually listens to your answers. With her care and knowledge, I’ve been able to achieve remission from treatment resistant mental illness.
