Damaged my frames... refused a refund on my useless exam... had to go there over 10 times and still don't have a working pair of glasses.. ended up with shingles from being so stressed out. Now I'm out $200
Superior Customer Service – I stopped into Focus Optical today, and I was completely shocked by the level of service I received. First, they made me totally at ease with my first experience with an eye exam. The doctor was very detailed in their exam and talk me through every step of the process. Great Customer Service at Focus Optical – Both myself and wife have been customers of Focus Optical for nearly 10 years and have constantly received superior service from Tom who I believe is the owner. If we could give them 6 stars we would. As an example of superior service, several years ago our family Opthalmologist screwed up my prescription not once, but twice. Incompetent Scammers – Stay away! They were two weeks late in delivering my prescription sunglasses, then it turns out they flat-out lied to me about how much VSP would reimburse me. VSP reimbursed me $100 less than what this store told me they would. When I complained, the store manager denied having told me what VSP payback would be. Bunch of cheap liars! Call VSP yourself before making a purchase. These small businesses will scam you anyway they can!
This is the best optical place I have been to. Dr. Figel is very knowledgeable and she takes her time with the exam. I would not go anywhere else.
Great staff!! – I was so surprised when I went here! I only went to this small optical center b/c I was trying to save some money on exam/contacts (which I did!) but it was the customer service that has me coming back! I've only met 2 of the people that work there (I think its just 3 or 4 people total) but they were great! nice place I have been going to Focus Optical for about 2 years. They are very nice here. Every where else I have gone they have charged me a fortune for glasses. At Focus Optical they work with you, your insurance and your budget to make your glasses fit.They have a large selection of frames and a lot of fashionable sumglasses too.
