First time visiting this ofc. I was impressed with the speed this great team got me ready for the eye exam, and the personable Dr. Robyn who talked me into progressive lenses (thankfully) after almost 20 years of readers only. The entire staff is like a well oiled machine and work in sync focusing on the need and comfort of the patient. Had a great experience at Focus Eye Care! The staff was professional and welcoming, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. A special shoutout to Jewel, who helped both me and my son — she was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She made the whole process so much easier and more comfortable for us. We truly appreciated her help and left feeling very well taken care of. Highly recommend!
The entire staff is exceptionally incredible and attentive—always going above and beyond! Truly appreciated all the help with finding glasses (Kelly, I believe) and Jewel’s help in checking us out, checking with insurance benefits, and making sure we were all set in every way. Dr. Dragoo is truly exceptional and her staff reflects her kindness, attentiveness, and leadership.
Really amazing place! I love Butter the dog and Nina was so great and patient with me. I was being way to indecisive about frames and took me about and hour and then some to decide but they still remained patient. Thank you so much you guys and I can't wait to get my frames!!
