I had a horrible experience with Dr Nelson. He gave me completely different prescriptions for my contacts and glasses and has caused further damage to my eyes. He did not care about me as a person and was quick to send me on my way. Alyssa, one of his opticians, was incredibly rude and demeaning! I have been wearing glasses and contacts for over 20 years and I have never had such a bad experience as I did here!
