This Doctor has changed my life. Finally a Dr. that has taken care of my pain issues. 16 yrs in a wheelchair and Dr.Elahi was responsible for me to start getting my life back. After surgery he was able to get me therapy and I am on my way to walking again. Thank you Dr Elahi.
I was referred to this clinic from my primary and was treated absolutely like trash. I have been in pain management for 6 years now and have recently come back to California. I had explained what I was taking and what was working. Dr. Foad did care about what was working before I saw him. He did not look at any of my medical records to verify what I was telling him. The scheduling procedure is pretty uncomfortable. I don’t feel as if I’m fully being considered as a human in chronic pain. To schedule a ride with anyone for a surgery, we would need details I would think. For some reason the details for a surgery are given the day before the surgery………. No lives or work schedules are being considered in order for the patient to be sure they have a secured ride. How to prepare? I’m truly concerned. Even the staff sounds as if they don’t care. I had chronic pain for over 25 years. Nothing worked. I now have a pain pump put in. Doc saved my life and I’m ever so grateful. I now have a quality of life. Thanks Doc
This review is for the receptionist, as we have not received care from Dr. Elahi. She was incredibly curt and unhelpful during my phone call interaction with her. Based on that and the other reviews I will be requesting a new referral. Definitely do not want to waste my time at this practice.
