Flywheel is my favorite workout- it is tough but if I stick with it I know I can do it. The instructors are excellent- all of them. They push me to my best in any given workout and the Dupont location has some great challenges that help me find my motivation time and time again. It is oneof the hardest workouts I've ever done and this is coming from an Army girl so it's tough but very rewarding if you stick with it.
