we usually like this restaurant a lot but this time and last time I ordered my wife's Kobe burger medium well and it was cold in the center. like I said it's usually good but the last two times this has happened.

My parents just stayed there for 5 days to visit me out here. And they were not pleased. I saw the room....I would have demanded my money back and went elsewhere. The toilet didn’t work-no one even came to fix it.....no coffee pot in the room and none available at the front desk area. No mini fridge or microwave. This place has a restaurant....and nothing for breakfast. The room was filthy...carpet was from the 70’s....smelled horrible. Nice rooms for a good price. Welcoming bar staff. That's as far as we got.
Close to Jackson Hole but without the sky high prices
