THough it is always jam packed, it's worth the wait. It might look like a long line but they move FAST and without compromising quality and customer service. The coffee and espresso is top notch (and I know/love my coffee), the art is bad ass, I buy more gifts for people in their gift shop than any where else, eclectic music, inspiring atmosphere and happy, chill, down to earth people. Definitely my #1
