My wife and I own Mighty Michigan Bulldogges and have been breeding for over 10 years. The service that we receive from Dr Koan and the entire staff is second to none. Their knowledge and attention to detail is beyond impressive. The warmth and compassion, care, and understanding is what sets them apart from any other veterinarian clinic we've ever been to. I can't say enough about Riverside. They're like family to us. We've been going to Riverside for over eight years.

I been going there with my dogs for about a year and a half. Recently two of my cats were hospitalized under the care of Dr Koan for suspected Panoleukopenia (feline distemper) and against all odds my boy Tippy survived and is back home regaining strength and getting healthy! My Pearl is still hospitalized and if she doesn’t make it I’ll know in my heart that every possible measure was taken to save her. I will never take any of my dogs or cats somewhere else. 💜

The staff if amazing at Riverside Animal Hospital. I have been taking my pets here for years. I recently took my 11 year old Shep for surgery and loved how Dr. Fararr (sorry if I spelled wrong) took care of her, listened to our concerns, and helped us go through the motions. She was patient & understanding. I felt confident and at ease my fur baby was in good hands. Thank you so much for helping my fur baby and treating her as your own!
I can’t say enough about this place! Dr Koan is absolutely amazing. All of the staff went above and beyond for our Pretty Girl! Prices are more than fair! You can tell that they genuinely love animals! Thank you so very much! We are forever grateful!
I recently brought my dogs to Riverside for the first time and I can’t begin to explain how impressed I am with how thorough Dr. Koan was! She went above and beyond to explain everything that was going on to me as well as checked into other things that she noticed that I had not. She got rid of a recurring ear infection in my dog as well as caught an issue with him having a low thyroid that I had no idea about. The staff was so wonderful and attentive.
