Took my dog here on 4-3-21 for an orthopedic surgery, the staff was wonderful. Everyone was so kind and professional and the nurse that helped take care of him kept me updated all day through texts and even after surgery responded to my questions. They made an unpleasant situation as pleasant as they could have.
Hands down best vet around! Staff is helpful in every way, and have care and compassion for every pet and owner that walks through their doors! Thanks Riverside!

Our family chooses Riverside whenever our fur babies have any needs. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They treat our animals like family and do whatever they can to keep them safe and out our worries at ease. I love that we took our puppy, Emma, to Riverside Animal Hospital. Our family needed to get our golden spayed and the staff made the entire process as simple and safe as possible for us. They were continuously updating us with texts throughout the day and even sent us a picture of her. After she came home that evening, we got calls and texts to check in on her over the next few days and they answered any questions we had. Riverside is affordable, dependable and helpful. I took our new Pug puppy yesterday for her second set of puppy shots and also our 5 year old Pug who had injured her front toenail over the New Year holiday. They promptly answered my call and came out to the parking lot to get both our pups. The Dr called me to give me a report on both of them and answered all my questions in a non rushed way....even though it was a Monday morning and the parking lot was full. These guys are amazing. We had gotten gouged pretty bad like $500 just to get an x-ray at another place. And then said we wouldn’t need surgery more then likely. The next day she still was acting really weird. We went to another place that said we would need surgery they were also really good too. But the surgery wasn’t an option there.
