The ladies there are the sweetest and so very helpful and patient with answering all your questions! I definitely recommend to have your pet checked here for any kind of wellness checkup as needed. I’ve been to this clinic and their other little neck clinic. The way they explain and make excuses for what they charge you are comical. They’ll try to gaslight you when you ask them about repeating tests you’ve already done. And of course they have a weird practice of not allowing their doctor see or talk to you, he probably has no social skills or doesn’t exist so you’re better off going to a vet where you can actually see the vet.

Great vet. I know there are a few negative comments, but my experience was a good one. The staff at the desk communicates very well and researched for all the things I needed for my international travel. I don’t think it is necessary to see the vet doctor because I know that they like to focus on the pet instead of talking to owners. I personally wouldn’t want to talk to people either unless it is necessary. Talking to people can be distracting for them, which is probably best to avoid that.
