We had a bit of an unfortunate experience with another company resulting in a lot of lost time but Floyd Brace was on top of everything and my daughter became fast friends with D & D. I am very happy with this company. My daughter got her SMO’s from mike today. My insurance didn’t cover tennis shoes for her to wear with her braces, and he paid out of pocket to buy my daughter the right shoes that would work with her braces. In my 13 years of being an above knee amputee, the most caring and personable group of prosthetic staff I have ever dealt with. We have worked on many sockets and going on my 4th knee. Any fit issues or adjustments are handled right away. Going to them is like a family reunion, enjoyable and informative. A big THANK YOU to the whole staff, but especially Larry, Patricia,Ricky and of course Ginny. Love all you guys.
The people at Floyds Brace in West Ashley are so nice and very professional. Our son developed Scoliosis and we were sent to Floyds for his brace. Just great people!!
