Flowers 5 days late! My Mom didn't receive her flowers for her birthday until 5 days later!!!! Completely unacceptable. I was so embarrassed. She said the flowers were nice but the delivery was horrible. I bought from them before and they delivered them to the wrong address (the one I used last time). I even included my Mom's cell number in case she wasn't at either location and she never got a call. I'll never use them again. 5 days? Are you kidding me!!!

Flowers were dead the next day I received an arrangement for my birthday from my mother and the flowers were wilted when they were delivered. Some of the roses were brown on the edges and by the next day, many of the flowers were dead. Today is the third day and the whole arrangement is going into the compost pile. Please don't waste your money at Gilda's.

Moldy flowers delivered 2 days late. For Valentine's Day my boyfriend ordered a bouquet with a vase to be delivered. I never received my delivery, so he called the next day to let them know I did not receive my flowers. Their response was "You and about 200 other people." They said there was a glitch in their system. They said the flowers would be delivered by 5pm that day. They were not delived until 8:45 the next morning. OK Flowers On my birthday a couple of years ago, my boyfriend ordered a bouquet delivered. They were not delivered until the next day, much to his dismay. When they did arrive, they looked more like a funeral spray than a birthday arrangement. He had requested colors and some specific exotic flowers be include but had not been specific about the method of arrangement. The flowers were of good quality, but the service is a little iffy. They have a good deal on dozen roses if you don't need them delivered.

Disappointed I received an arrangement of flowers from my wonderful husband on Valentine's Day from Gilda's. It arrived before lunch. It looked beautiful for all intents and purposes, until that afternoon when the flowers on the "sides" began to wilt and die. I knew this was too quick for the flowers to die, so I pulled the wilted ones out to investigate the problem only to discover that the flower stem was short and dry.
