Fantastic service from Flower Jazz! I called to place an order this morning for somebody in the hospital. Anna was wonderful. They were delivered less than 2 hrs later and my friend sent me a picture of the plant - it was gorgeous! I highly recommend this service!
DO NOT buy from this florist!!Received a dozen yellow roses from my son and daughter in law for my birthday. Changed water and cut tips but they NEVER opened. As a matter of fact they started drooping!! Emailed the owner and sent pictures. She said I didn't have enough water in the vase and these types of roses do that!!! What??? I've never had that happen before. Yellow roses are my favorite so I've gotten them several times and have never had this happen before. Poor Customer service. Definitely do not recommend them. Awful customer service. The owner hung up on me when I called to complain because my flowers died the next day. I didn't have a chance to call and complain the very next day but I should have. I don't even want to give this place one star take your purchases somewhere else or that they appreciate it!
My Daughter had a little surgery and I couldn't be there! But I do believe your Basket relayed how much I wanted to be and how much I love her and her Family! Thanks Bunches for Your Personal Touches ♡
