I am very disappointed with the Valentine's Day roses I received. I know that the sender probably paid a lot of money to send them to me. I received them on Feb 12th, and in less than 5 days the roses are ready for the trash, When received, the water was foul-smelling, the tips of the meager greenery (no baby's breath whatsoever!!!) was showing signs of drying out, and the roses appeared to be not very fresh and were dead and dying within 4 days. Very disappointing, carnations arrived dead in the center, roses wilted after few days and chrysanthemums were dead in less than a week. I know the person that sent them would have paid a decent $$$ amount and this was just a huge disappointment. Never had flowers like this before and I buy the discounted ones for myself from the grocery store!
Ordered from 1-800-Flowers and the arrangement arrived within an hour or two on a same-day order. Very impressed the the turn around and the recipient said it was beautiful. Thanks for much for brightening her day 💕
Received a beautiful arrangement from Flower Jazz. Friendly service and pretty, fresh flowers! I got a Fall centerpiece and everything was fresh and the flowers were crips and pristine. I recommend them!
Fantastic value for the price and always unique bouquets!
Awful communication for delivery as well as terribbly snippy customer service on the phone at the store. Failed to deliver a flower arrangement that was supposed to mean a lot to someone. When you pay so much money for a service you hope it to be good, and this was not. I expect a full refund on our arrangement as this is not acceptable. Specific details were also written as how to contact our special person, which was clearly disregarded. Unacceptable. I do not suggest anyone to use Flower Jazz.
