Terrible and very disappointed service. OWNER told me and my mom that she would personally go to my wedding to give me the flowers which our order was my bouquet, bridesmaids flowers, groomsmen flower and the bride and groom table decorated. All that I got on MY WEDDING DAY was one of her coworkers that just dropped off my bouquet, bridesmaids flowers and grooms men “flower”, and no table decoration. She provided excellent customer service and made planning my wedding easy and gave us an amazing product. She took my dream and made it a reality. I’m so thankful for her and her team of amazing designers that made my wedding absolutely stunning. Gina Waters a owner that is unprofessional and very rude, i have been planning my wedding and we had to change locations and turns out the new location provides its own flowers. So this owner refused to give me back my refund and "childishly" repeats to me that i am wasting her time because she already sat down with us and there is no refund!
