I would like to report your terrible and bad service. You answer to me with no education. I will report to you to BBB. You sent the wrong order and when I ask for help you answer the phone with no education! I will not recommend your flower shop never! Please don’t buy any flowers here!
What a disappointment! The worst service. They delivered the wrong flowers to me and when I call back to ask for there answer the phone a woman with no education. I will never buy here anymore.
What was ordered versus what we got. What a disappointment!! On top of this, they delivered the wrong flowers to me and came back to swap them out... Just awful!!!
My daughter and grandchildren sent me a Valentine's Day bouquet. It was gorgeous and I have had so many compliments on the arrangement. Not only the flowers, but the beautiful vase also!!!
Recommendedcause the flowers are beautiful
I recommend them but don't order online. I ordered an arrangement for my mom's 15th anniversary of being cancer free and it did not look like the picture on the website and was just not what I wanted. My mom was grateful but for the money I spent I expected more. I've received several arrangements from here and this is the first time I've been disappointed but first time ordering online. Never again.
