I must say on last Saturday a friend and I stopped by to take a look at the inventory, we were there for at least 30 mins and not one associate came out to greet us. This leads to a huge decrease in sales when no one greets a potential customer. Saying "hi my name is... let me know if I can help in any way" does not take much effort. Mercedes however, understood this concept. Please advise this is not how business is done.
Traded in my NX 200t for an ES 350 yesterday thanks to the special help of Chet who was more than helpful and patient with me. Scott and Paul were also a pleasure to met and work with. All 3 fellas made my trade in experience painless. We even cracked a few jokes. Great group of people. I have also had a great experience at the service department in the past working with Susi Todd. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Flow and I highly recommend this dealership.

My mother, grandmother, and now aunt are Lexus owners. My mother bought an ES in May, then my grandmother liked it so much she bought an RX in July, and my aunt liked her's so much, she bought an RX about a month ago! We all are very pleased with the service- the only thing that could be better is the car wash, but it's free anyway! Thank you to flow Lexus and the Lexus group for this fine automobile and service!
A carwash should not take a hour plus when they dont even do the inside and there is nobody even here need to step up the wash area bigtime this is repetitive situation every single time unfortunately i dont trust anyone else to touch my 55k car either.
