I have purchased 5 cars from this dealership. A year ago I did a lease. This was my second lease from them. I was told terms were the exact same as my lease I currently had with them. I went in after receiving s call that I could trade for no money down, no extension on the lease and the same payment. Last week my wife and I purchased a pre-owned RX350 from Mark Bell. If you're looking for a Lexus do yourself a favor, go to Flow and ask for Mark. A straight shooter and in every way a consummate sales professional. He spent a great deal of time with us going over all the bells and whistles the RX offers. We especially appreciated his excellent command of the car's specifications. AND, if you're a dog lover be sure to ask Mark about his two hounds. Can't ever go wrong with a dog owner!
I was in Winston-Salem a couple weeks ago as an evacuee of Hurricane Irma and Marco Island. My key fob went dead and I just dropped in... grabbed a service manager who quickly sent me to a great guy in the parts department. Within 10 minutes I was taken care of and on my way again.
