I have had my RX350 for a little over a month. This is my first Lexus and the experience with Kevin Doss and the entire team was flawless.
We had an excellent experience at Flow Lexus of Winston-Salem. Joe Adams was our salesperson and I can say it was an absolute pleasure to deal with him. He has excellent product knowledge and superior customer service. He provided answers to our questions and found (with the help of Scott) the RX 450hl that she wanted.
