This practice continues to bill me for a child that is NOT mine despite sending certified letters letting them know of such and requesting where my name was put on information as well as phone conversations. I have never been to this office, yet they are predatorily billing me because the "Mother told them to" as she used to work for them as a hygienist. If my certified letters continue to be ignored I will be filing with the dental board for fraudulent billing practices as well as my attorney will be reaching out.
My hygenist was condesending, unpleasent, and rude. I had a cleaning scheduled for 4pm and arrived 14 mins later due to traffic. The hygienist that worked on me asked me what brought me in and I told her I needed a cleaning before I did internal bleaching and teeth whitening trays with another cosmetic dentist I was needing to see. I recently visited Floss Dentistry in Crestline for Botox treatment and had an exceptional experience! Although I have not been there for dental visits, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The front desk staff was super nice, and the office was clean and welcoming. I unexpectedly had to bring my one-year-old with me, which I know can be challenging, but the staff was extremely gracious and accommodating.
