Very nice place....
Whenever I come from Indiana to visit my friend we always come here for a pedicure/manicure as one of our Best Friend Dates. The give the best foot massages.
I had a terrible pedicure today. She had on gloves which I asked why ehen no one else has them on with their clients. She said just sit back and enjoy. I was so disgusted i didn't enjoy it at all. She had gloves on even for the massage which was mediocre. I used to come here all the time but found another spot but decided to go there today because it was on my way home from work. I have been a client for the past 8 years, came in tonight for a mani pedi, wash rushed through to the point that the pedicure hurt... The staff couldn't have been more rude- One of the worst experience ever. Floris has gone downhill the past year in terms of customer service, time to find a new place...
