The water was too hot during my pedi, she did not do a good job on my massage, but what I hated was the one girl shouting across the room at me as soon as I walked on the door and then rudely told me to get my polish color and sit down. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning.
This was my first time visiting Floris but it won't be my last. Just stopped in last minute with my young niece without an appointment. The salon was very busy but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We waited but not too long and they did a great job! I would definitely recommend checking them out!
I have been a customer for at least 5 years and have always had a great experience at Floris. The place is extremely clean and doesn't smell of chemicals like other nail salons often do. The staff is pleasant and always accommodating. I gladly drive out of my way to get here (and pass several closer nail salons)to make sure my nails look perfect!
My daughters and I have visited Floris many times and have never had a bad experience. We love the salon, staff and atmosphere!
