Always a nice experience!
Horsham site: took my daughter here for pedicures on a Groupon. We loved it! Greeted when we arrived a few minutes before our appointment. Technicians were friendly and did a beautiful job. Atmosphere was very relaxing. They even managed to help my very stressed out daughter relax!
Usually when I go to this salon I had a very positive experience, however, today was an exception. The woman who waited on me was very rude, she was jerking my legs and I told her to stop I will move my legs just tell me, then i asked her to do a manicure and she said NO. I dont know what her problem was today, but, she was totally unprofessional,rude, and she did not receive a tip. Not sure if I will be returning. Oh , people of color are treated differently, I observed everything while i was there. NOT GOOD!!!
Great experience. I got a groupon for my mom and I for Christmas. The staff was very nice, my toes look great and the bodywork while letting my nails dried was amazing.
VERY UNHAPPY, bought a Groupon sent an email for appt no one responded. Then called to schedule appts where I would have upgraded and spent more on Pedis but was told they would not honor my Groupon. It expires. So now I am out $! I do not recommend this place.
The first time I went here I had the European Spa Pedicure and I loved it. I went back yesterday for a gel polish manicure. The technician was nice, but not good. She was too harsh with trying to *dig* the polish off my nail beds (with a metal cuticle pusher, no less), did a terrible (almost slanted) job filing my nails, wanted me to *soak* my nails in water (NO, that causes nail plate swelling which weakens nails and promotes polish lifting).
