I've been using Texas pool supply for about 10 years roughly and James the sales person has always been great to deal with! When you look in the dictionary for "customer service", he is the definition! I'm honestly surprised he hasn't run for governor of Texas yet, he'd probably win the popular vote. Whatever you guys are paying him, you should probably double it and just make him a CEO already!
The customer service has really improved since TPS is at their new location. James is always ready to help and Daniel is very quick to pull my order and load it even before I can get back to my truck. Daniel always confirms the order is correct and Thanks me for my business. That young man is very customer friendly which means a lot and is something you don't find these days. TPS is my go to pool supply store and I highly recommend it to other pool professionals.
(18wheelers) Once you pull in, go straight down into the parking lot. The Texas pool is there on your right.. Unloading is at the backside of the building. I think it's best to get there after hours, there won't be as many cars in the lot. It'll give you a turning room to get your trailer around to back-in . They unload you with a portable ramp, and of its raining, they want you to use a pallet jack. They started unloading at 7:30 AM fast unloading Good luck to all safe travels 🤙
