Hi Kamal! Thanks for the recommendation! We think our staff and doctors are great too! 🙂
very clean facility. Dr. is the best. Staff very organized and professional.
Business response:
Thank you for your comment Jean. We are happy to hear about your experience.
They are very professional and friendly. Will answer any question. A very long wait sometimes although I expect that from a great dr. I bring busy work. Games on phone or something of that source.
In anticipation of upcoming cataract surgery on both of my eyes, between my friends at where I live, my primary cares office, my insurance company and Florida Vision Institute, I feel better every day knowing that Dr. Luchs is a true expert in his profession and I slept better last night, simply trusting in the process, certainly not being intimidated to ask questions. A great staff, eager to help! My thanks to all...
Terrible & shady experience- called in early by their staff for an appointment than sat there because no one changed the schedule with the front desk. I was not told the price (even though I asked) for a $2,300 in office procedure, over-changed on last few visits, and spoke to the office manager Lee Ann to check on the overpayment, no call back- 3 calls, 1 email, and 1 mailed letter the only reply was another $37 bill when they overcharged me for last few visits.
Business response:
Our administrative team has been alerted to your comments. The situation is under review and the team will contact you soon. Thank you.

Finally, after 45 minutes of waiting in this very crowded waiting room I left. Even if everyone is masked, we were all sitting close to each other, in a relatively small room, with... read more
