Kenny Peredo was quick, professional, and I'm very glad someone like him is in management.
the gentlemen on the phone i believe his name was Kenneth was super polite, very punctual and help me with all my questions definity give them a call.
In my experience, communication and responsiveness from FSM’s property management team have not been up to par. There have been repeated assurances that improvements would be made, but I have not personally observed significant changes. At board meetings, which are recorded, there have been instances where explanations provided later differed from earlier statements. Also, goodluck getting an email response from them. Dont hold your breath.
