In my experience, communication and responsiveness from FSM’s property management team have not been up to par. There have been repeated assurances that improvements would be made, but I have not personally observed significant changes. At board meetings, which are recorded, there have been instances where explanations provided later differed from earlier statements. Also, goodluck getting an email response from them. Dont hold your breath.
Kenneth Peredo(from Newell) is the worst CAM, property manager. Do not use him. He is very unprofessional and rude. He is a bully. 1. During our homeowners’ meeting for a special assessment on 10/15/25, he was trying to silence me because I was against the assessment. We pay his salary and it is not his job to act as a hangman for the Board.
