They do not accept electronic forms of payment, ACH, Credit Card or Bill Pay. This causes delays in receipt of payments. Then you have to wait for them to enter each check into their "System". Their bookkeeping does not provide transparency and they refuse to explain entries. I asked FL Skyline Mgt why don't you accept electronic payments and I was told to ask my bank. Florida Skyline property management are the worst property management company you could ever hire. They collected rent for me and have refused to turn over the money I am SLP management they have stolen my funds that are due for the property that they’ve managed Owner Jeffrey Estis said that he burned all of his records due to the fact that I have turned him into the internal revenue service for tax fraud he’s involved in criminal behavior. This property management company is corrupt they have collected rent from my properties and have refused to give me the funds collected. Jeoffrey Estis claims to have burned all of his records. Jeoffrey has obtained properties illegally and fraudulently I have turned him into the internal revenue service for tax fraud and theft Jeoffrey has changed his company from JNE services JNE management JNE SQUIDROCK …… Jeoffrey has denied these companies being his because this man is a crock !!!!!!!

Florida Skyline Management is clearly the best management company in south Florida. What they have done to help our community, reduce our costs and solve the many problems we had is remarkable. Thank you FSM!
