Selective Enforcement, abuse and neglect at 3904 NW 77 Ave Davie FL... look at bcpa and see the "slander of title" to my property..they ran my 77 yr old mom and me out of parking spaces when threatened to tow us when they were attempting to cut down our beautiful tree, which they made a show of with crowds watching on lawn chairs looked on, destroyed my walkway and broke our hearts and made me pay for their damage to my walkway.. I have experienced the most hateful and unprofessional behavior from this company. Unfortunately they have been with us for many years and in order to change we will have to rally together as a community to do so. We have to first start with board members who seem to have an extra liking for this particular company. It is almost not even believable how awful they treat me and I was a former board member myself and was treated equally as bad. 0 stars

Horrible Corrupt
They are the best. They always answer, always follow through, and always go above and beyond when there is an issue to resolve. We have been with them for over ten years and they have never disappointed.
This company is most unhelpful and their website is horrible. When calling for assistance, you are made to feel like it is a bother to them to assist you. I purchased a condo in one of the communities they manage a couple of months ago and they have been a nightmare to deal with.
Dont get fooled by the owner Jeffrey (aka Mark). He uses many pseudonyms, but is still involved in the day to day of Boca Rio Townhomes. He was initially fired by the home owners and somehow struck a deal with the President of the HOA do rename his LLC (formerly JNE Management) - to make it appear they hired a new management company. This is the worst HOA management company I have ever dealt with primarly due to Jeffrey or Mark or whatever name he uses.
Florida Skyline Management is hands down the best management option in the region. Their model of low costs, quick response and highest quality of management is reason they are the best management option. They provide quick responses, great advice and really protect the property owners. We are lucky to have them!
Original Review: Feb 08, 2022 They do not accept electronic forms of pmt, ACH, Credit Card or Bill Pay. This causes delays in receipt of pmts. Then you have to wait for them to enter each Ck into their "Sys". Their bookkeeping does not provide transparency & they refuse to explain entries. I asked FL Skyline Mgt why don't you accept electronic pmts & I was told to ask my bank. My bank said the most common reasons Mgt Co.s do not accept electronic pmts is (1) they can say they did not receive the Ck & charge a lat... read more
