I had the pleasure of renting a duplex with Florida Resale. The leasing agent Julie was very helpful. They were on top of any problems that may have occurred with just one phone call. I only made the decision to move was to get my Son closer to his job and school otherwise, I would still be there. Julie is a very good leasing agent and I would commend Florida Resale to anyone who would be looking to rental or purchase a home.
I would never recommend renting from Florida Resale Properties. They are very unfair to their tenants. I paid my rent on time every month and kept my apartment very clean. They accidentally flooded the apartment when they replaced the water heater. Mind you they replaced the water heater and used outdated supplies which where not within the code any more.
