My doctor wasn’t even a doctor but a nurse practitioner, and she prescribed me medication that exacerbated my condition and made it worse. when I called to speak to her to let them know, she was unavailable to see me for an extended period because she was on vacation for a few weeks and the desk recommended I go to urgent care or the ER instead. Completely unacceptable.
