An all bla bla bla service. I sent by fax an invoice from a lab company to be taken care. They are still working on it. I just got my fourth invoice and they want me to fax again for the third time the invoice. Very nice to have your money the same day but not for paying bills.
Despicable service. If you want terrible coverage and deal with illiterate and unknowledgeable customer service then you have found your match. This company doesn't just not over promise, they charge you for what was overpromised. Supervisors do not notate their system so they can cover their trail. I was told a test was covered, got charged $663 on a bill and on top of that they wanted they pulled back and said sorry that test is no longer covered under your plan.
