On 01/25 I opened a membership with this medical plan and canceled it on 01/27 because my doctor did not accept them. When I opened the membership, the representative who attended me called Keyla explained to me that if I canceled in the first 72 hours I was eligible for a total refund of what I had paid ($95) and she NEVER explained that if I did not leave a card on files, at the time of cancellation I was charged a surcharge of $ 25 for registration. Horrible experience. From the beginning lied to me just to sell me the highest plan and never provided me anything that I was looking for or needed. If you need to know something about this company is ALL THEIR POLICIES, because even when you sign no contract and this is a month-to-month service they will give you TONS of problems for you to cancel the account with them. Also they ask for your bank’s account number for the payments NEVER give it to them, otherwise they will keep on taking money from you. None of the customer... read more

An all bla bla bla service. I sent by fax an invoice from a lab company to be taken care. They are still working on it. I just got my fourth invoice and they want me to fax again for the third time the invoice. Very nice to have your money the same day but not for paying bills.

Despicable service. If you want terrible coverage and deal with illiterate and unknowledgeable customer service then you have found your match. This company doesn't just not over promise, they charge you for what was overpromised. Supervisors do not notate their system so they can cover their trail. I was told a test was covered, got charged $663 on a bill and on top of that they wanted they pulled back and said sorry that test is no longer covered under your plan.
