On 01/25 I opened a membership with this medical plan and canceled it on 01/27 because my doctor did not accept them. When I opened the membership, the representative who attended me called Keyla explained to me that if I canceled in the first 72 hours I was eligible for a total refund of what I had paid ($95) and she NEVER explained that if I did not leave a card on files, at the time of cancellation I was charged a surcharge of $ 25 for registration. Horrible experience. From the beginning lied to me just to sell me the highest plan and never provided me anything that I was looking for or needed. If you need to know something about this company is ALL THEIR POLICIES, because even when you sign no contract and this is a month-to-month service they will give you TONS of problems for you to cancel the account with them.
