I could not be more pleased with Florida Farm Bureau and Steve Rusnak in particular. He went above and beyond the call when I needed him. Now I have all insurance covered by him and I am happy and satisfied with the policies. Mary Hixon is working hard as well. Between the two of them we feel safer knowing we are with a grade A insurance company and agents who care.
Incompetency at its worst! Family is pulling all of our policies for fear if we ever had a claim... They would ignore, lie and mislead just as their agents do.
With you guys for many years.... never had an accident. Had my first accident...NOT my fault, and you guys have been a nightmare! Your claims department is atrocious! Happy this happened right before my renewal, so I knew NOT TO RENEW.
