In the aftermath of Hurricane Michael in 2018, FFB was very helpful and easy to work with. Our adjuster, Marcus, was very thorough and truly concerned for our well being. Our supplemental claims were also dealt with promptly. Kudos to the Panama City office for dealing fairly with us. This was definitely not the case for many others in PC.

This is the absolute worst insurance in the state of Florida. They force you to buy a "membership," refuse to honor claims. Their rates have gone up for no apparent reason. Run, don't walk, to Brightway, Progressive, Geico, or anyone other than this company.
Highly recommend Brad Gleaton! He was able to save me over $800 a year on auto insurance (!!!!!) - and he made the process incredibly easy!
