I don’t have enough GOOD things to say about FFB following Hurricane Michael. Today is Thanksgiving and this company is definitely on my THANKFUL list! Adjusters have been to my home THREE times since the storm. They have worked directly with my contractor, making sure they don’t miss a detail. My rebuild begins next week, and I am just so thankful for the proactive stance of the Farm Bureau companies, stretching from Mississippi to South Carolina. They have stepped in as a family would and I am proud to be a member. ❤️

I wish I could rate less than 1 star. Here we are 25 days after Hurricane Michael hit. I have not gotten so much as a phone call, email, or text message from Farm Bureau. I've stopped by my agents office and called Farm Bureau 3-4 times now only to be told "someone will contact you eventually". I know a lot of people who have a lot of different insurance companies and I'm the only one still left in the dark everyone else has at minimum had an adjuster out. Filed a claim for damage from Hurticane Michael. Monday other companies gave adjusters out helping clients. When asked as to when I would hear ftom FFB adjuster all I am told is that they are "organizing ". They have no idea as to when someone will actually be contacting nne and helping me they can only say they are "organizing".
Don`t drop long time customers because their roof is almost out of date...
I have used FFB for three years for my car insurance. Two weeks ago I received notice that my insurance was going to be terminated due to lack of payment (even though I have auto pay set up). I called on the final day and no one answered and never called me back. After trying to get ahold of them for a week they finally called me back and said they were going to reinstate me.
