Very rude and completely ignorant clerks at this store in Gainesville. I am trying to replace 16" flex duct for a manufactured home (which isn't sold at Home Depot) and after first speaking to the helpful people at Baker's 800 number, they said if an item on their site has a price you can buy it and either have it delivered or pick up at the counter. without having an HVAC LICENSE. Recommend all HVAC contractors to utilize the knowledge, efficiency and pleasant environment! Guaranteed to leave with a smile and everything you came for, and if something isn't in stock we do our best to expedite procuring that product. 10 out of 10!!! Oh, and the Yankee working the counter is the best salesman ever!
