I would NEVER recommend this company. I was at the ER on Saturday... I called Monday and my appointment was Thursday. They don’t accept emails so I had everything faxed on Wednesday at 4:30. With a confirmation that my fax went through. They canceled my Appt without calling me after I drove 40 mins to get there. The office manager said because I didn’t call and confirm they got the fax, they canceled my Appt without calling. The whole front staff was rude and not compassionate. Best Dr and Nurses. Prompt and no waiting.
Dr Matthews is extremely rude and questions your diagnosis given by other specialities. I have a rare illness and he questioned me like I was on trial. Horrible personality I would never recommend him to even someone I didn't like.
Great staff an Dr. Mody is the best snd tells you like it is.
It's all about building relationships with your physicians, and that's the kind of service you will receive at this office. I highly recommend this group to you & your loved ones.
