great experience I took my five month old kitten here to be spayed. The staff were very nice, even though very busy. I dropped Gracie off at 8 a.m. and by 3 p.m. she was going home!!! She had the surgical adhesive instead of stitches so no need to return to remove. She acted no differently than before the surgery and wanted to play right away. I had to try to calm her. Dr. Leeks is a wonderful doctor and the low cost also helped alot.

Great service to the community My mother and I have taken our animals here for basic shots and other basic services for many years. They offer GREAT prices on regular shots, spay/neuter, and things like that. They are friendly, caring, and personable. They are always very nice, and they love the animals they treat, which really shows. They are always helpful, and kind. It's not hard to set up an appointment, the location is good, and there's ample parking.

Professional and Caring This facility is very well maintained. It is clean and there is always someone cleaning the floor after a patient does a "number." The staff is professional, caring and courteous and genuinely cares about all the animals they treat, and they thoroughly explain all charges and fees. The only thing that keeps me from giving this business a five-star rating is the fact they have only one phone line, which makes for great difficulty in getting someone on the first or second try. Otherwise, I highly recomm... read more

Beware! # User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by RENTER 02/23/2010 We just had our cat in for a standard spay. They told us everything went ok and picked her up at 3:00 like instructed. Took her home checked on her before and dinner she was alive. Checked on her after dinner she was dead. Called the after hours number and spoke to a rep and told her that my cat was dead. and she said that they do thousands of these operations and this happens sometimes. I then told her i spent over $100 dollars to have my cat operated on and now i... read more

Disappointed They only seem to care about their spay/neuter. I had to take my dog somewhere else to find out he had a bad staff infection. They actually told me on the telephone that I needed to take my dog to a "full service" animal clinic! Shame on you!

A NICE PLACE TO GO I'M TRYING TO FIND OUT THE COST OF RABIES SHOTS AT FLA. I have gone to this FLA BEFORE AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD WITH BOTH MY DOGS. AND IF I CAN REMEMBER THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. BUT CAN ANYONE REFRESH MY MEMORY ON THE COST OF THE YEARLY RABIES SHOT.

Pet Parents: Have No Fear, This Clinic is a Godsend I've been taking my pets to FAA for nine years and every single visit has been a positive experience. This clinic was established for the very purpose of providing low-cost spay/neuter services to help reduce the overpopulation of unwanted pets and to offer low-cost vaccinations, not to be just another veterinary office. They also offer humane declawing for cats. They are providing the exact service they intended and are saving pet-owners hundreds of dollars in the process.
