The Customer Service was so "down to earth", and so warming. Their very professional from check in time to when you leave. When its your time to get inside for your pre tests, they guide you in a manner that you understand and make u feel comfortable. Then when u meet the doctor,Dr flores, he is the most nicest and very knowledgeable doctor that hears your problems and helps you in your situation. Beautiful new facility, unfortunately seems they rushed to hire rude and unprofessional staff. Yesterday was definitely my last visit after several years taking my children to Flores Eye Care.

Dr Flores discovered my aunts macular degeneration & immediately made an appointment with a specialist to get treatment started. Thank you Dr. Flores for saving my elderly aunt's eyesight. Also arranged for her to have both cataracts removed. .

Dr. Flores is a great doctor! He has been my doctor for the past 21 years. I have never had a problem with him. He is great at what he does and explains very well if there are any problems and can always find a solution or refers you to someone who knows what to do.
