I was very impressed with the level of customer service at the eye clinic. I called Tuesday morning for an emergency appointment because I had broken my glasses the night before and right after lunch, a girl called me and set me up for an appointment that same afternoon. Mary, Antonia, and 2 other female employees were extremely helpful, before and during my appointment. Their high level of customer service was just permeating through them. Very clean and organized business, the service is excellent with very respectful polite staff. They answered my every question and doubt without hesitation, I didn't have to wait to long to be seen and the doctors were very detailed and explained everything in a way I could understand. The optical is top notch the opticians are very knowledgeable and polite and have a wide variety of different brands and models. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

My first experience with Flores clinic wasn’t too great. My first time there was when they were extremely busy so I understand the long wait. I have been back several times since then & have had a great experience each time.
