After an awful experience with the delivery driver (visible frustration, complete language barrier, seemingly aggressive behavior), I submitted an internal review to Flor Keeps. Within what seems like seconds, the owner, Santiago, called me to follow-up on my review. After explaining the situation in full, he reassured me that the driver is not employed by Flor Keeps, but by an outside delivery service. We hosted a bridal shower at Flor Keeps and it was an incredible experience! The space is stunning and the staff was extremely helpful in pre-planning, day of coordinating, and setting up. If you are looking for a unique space to host an event I would absolutely look into Flor Keeps!
